The main residence on the property of Gustos Gathering Grounds was carefully designed to capture the confluence of a "sixteenth century-contemporary" aesthetic. The first floor consists of one "great room" where the kitchen, dining room, and living room open onto an outdoor sala which overlooks the swimming pool and hot-tub. Across the courtyard from the great room is a cozy media room. The master suite is located on the second floor. Along with the master bedroom and bath (which includes a jacuzzi tub, an indoor shower, and an outdoor shower), the suite includes a cozy TV viewing room with satellite TV and a wet bar. Also located on the second floor is a multi-purpose room with a queen size murphy bed. It is a very spacious room with a fireplace, a beautiful bathroom, and ample closet space that makes a lovely accomodation for additional guests. The third level of the house is a beautifully-finished rootop with breath-taking views of both the town center and the surrounding mountains.

Casa GGG is available for short-term rental in conjunction with the adjacent amphitheater for gatherings that necessitate festivities on a large scale, such as weddings or other special events. Rental of the entire property includes the use of the casita which culminates into a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half-bath, luxury accomodation. There are fireplaces in every living area, including the outside salas, as well as radiant floor heating for the chilly winter mornings and nights. The house is equipped with wireless Internet and Vonage phones throughout. The grounds create the feeling of an all-inclusive private, luxury resort.
